The Capitol wants revenge. Who do they think should pay for the unrest? Katniss. And what’s worse, President Snow has made it clear that no one else is safe either. Not Katniss’s family, not her friends, not the people of District 12. Powerful and haunting, this thrilling final installment of Suzanne Collins’s groundbreaking The Hunger Games trilogy promises to be one of the most talked about books of the year.

What can I say about the Hunger Games last book that has not already been said. It is a gripping book that shows how the government can control your life. Katniss has been played like a piece on a chess board for a group that is trying to over turn the government and finally she is told what is going on. Now that she is aware of their plans, she is able to make her own decisions. Her home town was destroyed and those who survived have to learn a new way of life in District 13. The story is filled with action and twists that keep you reading and then wanting more.
