getting things done

-buy and make bridesmaid gifts got the picture frames... 50% done
-get shoes, veil, and underthings for wedding day (not to be confused with the night)
-figure out make-up/skin routine
-go tanning once a week 1st session today!
-figure out out of town bags
-to wax or not to wax that is the question (legs and underarms)
-finish thank you notes only like 10 more left!
-ask friend to play music during the ceremony check!
-get a hotel room for wedding night
-get a ride from wedding to new york hotel
-get ideas for my bachelorette party
-find a substitute for my Preschool/Kindergarten class while I'm gone i'm pretty sure check
-buy and make favors
-book rehearsal dinner place check!
-make and send out rehearsal invitations check! (done by motherinlaw)
-ask people to read at the ceremony
-pick out songs and our wedding song ceremony songs done!
-shop for honeymoon stuff

yay for progress! i've found that making a to-do list for the day of the small things really helps.
anyone know where i can download a to-do list template?

home decorating

if i was able to decorate my staircase i'd want to do it this way:

my home right now has a narrow staircase with walls on either side going up so its not possible but its a great idea to keep in mind!

house to-do list:
-get kilz primer
-spot paint with kilz in living room, dining room, and hallway from leaking
-repaint living room, dining room spots
-paint hallway
-put desk in small office room
-paint guest room
-paint master bedroom
-clean up dining room from all paint supplies
-decorate living room, dining room, master/guest bedroom

right now my life is so full of things i need to do that i wish i had eloped..... no really i do.

growing list

i like making lists.. i'm pretty much the list queen. i make lists for everything..

whether they get crossed off or not is a completely different thing....

here's my list of whats going on:

~threw a wedding shower this sat.
~getting a kitten next weekend
~game night tonight
~wedding in less than two months








game nights are always fun, we get together and split up girls together and boys together. then we play catch phrase...

we are hardcore catch phrase players.

we are so hardcore that we haven't played in a couple months because we get a little too into it.

screaming and fighting can sometimes ensue.

nothing horrible but i have wanted to play for a while and since i now have a house we can try again.
